Use: Sound this horn from the top of the mountain overlooking the village of Haven to summon the high dragon.
This horn, emblazoned with a modified Chantry symbol, belonged to Father Kolgrim of Haven. When he wished to "commune" with the high dragon that he believed to be Andraste reborn, this horn would sound out from the mountaintop.

• Ruined Temple (Caverns) or Mountain Top - Found on Kolgrim's corpse
